【摘要】 应用标量光场横截面上光强的精确定义,计算了基模高斯光束的光强二阶矩及光束质量因子,结果表明,当基模高斯光束的束腰半径ω0 λ时,光束质量因子M2非常接近于1,当光束束腰半径较小时,计算的光束质量因子存在较大误差。文章进一步用严格的光场角谱表示法计算了非傍轴标量高斯光束的质量因子,并对一些相关问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the accurate formula of the light intensity of the scalar light field, the second intensity moment and quality factor of the fundamental mode Gaussian beam have been calculated. The results show that the beam quality factor is approximate to 1 if ω0λ, and the error of calculation is much larger when the beam waist radius is too small.Furthermore, the quality factor of nonparaxial scalar Gaussian beam has been calculated by using the angular spectrum representation and some important problems related to the beam quality factor have been discussed.更多还原
