活性碳纤维吸附法处理环氧树脂生产废水
Adsorption treatment of the wastewater from the production of epoxy resin by activated carbon fibers
【摘要】 采用活性碳纤维吸附法处理环氧树脂生产废水,通过静态和动态吸附试验,确定了吸附等温线和穿透曲线。结果表明,当吸附剂质量浓度为0.1%、废水的pH=1、在室温下吸附60min时,废水COD去除率达70%。动态吸附时,ACF穿透突跃较为明显,且活性碳纤维可用10%NaOH溶液再生,效果良好。
【Abstract】 The activated carbon fibers(ACF) were used to treat the wastewater from the production of epoxy resin. The adsorption isotherm and dynamic adsorption breakthrough curve were determined by static and dynamic adsorption experiments.The results indicated that the removal rate of COD was 70% under the conditions of pH value being 1,w(ACF) 0.1% and adsorption time 60 min at room temperature. The ACF has a clear breakthrough in dynamic adsorption experiments.And the ACF regenerated by 10% NaOH has good adsorption efficiency.
