煤层气发动机电控单元设计
Design of the electronic control unit of the coal bed methane engine
【摘要】 为了充分发挥变浓度煤层气发动机的性能,必须对煤层气发动机多个参数进行电子控制,其电子控制系统主要包括传感器处理电路、单片机系统电路和功率驱动电路。在系统中采用了冗余设计和模块化电路设计,充分考虑了对发动机环境适应性、功率驱动自保护和系统的散热性能,阐述了电控单元的系统软件,并提出了一种基本的控制算法。
【Abstract】 In order to fully utilize the potential of the coal bed methane engine,many parameters of the engine must be electronically controlled. The control system mainly includes the following three parts:the sensor processing circuit,the microcontroller system circuit and the power driving circuit. Redundancy design and module circuit design are used,and the engine’s adaptability to the environment,the system’s heat release and the selfprotection of the power driving module are considered. The system software of the electronic control unit(ECU) is described in detail and a control algorithm is introduced.
