【Abstract】 The activity of Chitinase in transgenic tobacco leaves was tested using Dextrosamine method. The results indicated that the activity of Chitinase in transgenic tobacco increased evidently in contrast to the control and reached tiptop while cooperating with β-1, 3-glucanase gene. Testing the activity of Chitinase was proved to be a feasible method for examining the expression efficiency of Chitinase gene in transgenic plants.更多还原
