硅钼蓝分光光度法测定硅黄铜中的硅量

【摘要】 本文提出以硅钼蓝分光光度法测定硅黄铜中(含硅:1.00%~4.50%)硅的含量;硅黄铜试样以硝酸一氢氟酸溶解,硅与钼酸铵形成硅钼络离子,然后用硫酸亚铁铵作还原剂使硅钼络离子还原为硅钼蓝,借此进行分光光度法测定;实验表明:本方法操作简便,分析快速.测定准确度高.

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the measuring method for the silicon contents (1. 00%-4. 50%) in copper alloy. It is described that the sample of the silicon copper is solved by saltpeter and hydrofluoric acid, and then comes into silicon moly complex ion, which is reduced to the silicon molybdenum blues with reducer of ferrous ammonium sulfate, whereby to measure the silicon contents with the optical splitting. It is manifested that the method is operated simply with high speed and accuracy.
