电极生物膜法处理水中硝酸盐氮的试验研究

【摘要】 采用电极生物膜工艺处理含硝酸盐氮的饮用水。研究结果表明,反应器进水硝酸盐氮35 mg/L,I=60 mA,HRT=8 h,n(C):n(N)=4,2,1时,出水硝酸盐氮去除率均>95%;无外加有机物时,在I=60、100 mA,HRT=12 h的条件下,硝酸盐氮去除率分别为60%和95%。在异养条件下,从电极生物膜反应器中共培养分离出24株菌株,其中18株具有反硝化脱氮能力,占分离菌株数的75.0%(以肠杆菌科和假单胞菌属为主);在自养条件下,共分离出16株菌株,其中11株具有反硝化脱氮能力,占分离菌株数的68.8%(以假单胞菌属为主)。

【Abstract】 The treatment of NO3- -N-containing water by a biofilm - electrode process demonstrated that the NO3- -N removal efficiency was over 95% at NO3- -N of 35 mg/L, / of 60mA, HRT of 8h, and C/N ratio of 4,2,1. At HRT of 12 h, Iof 100 and 60 mA with no organics addition, the NO3- -N removal efficiencies were over 95% and 60% , respectively. The separation of bacteria in the biofilm - electrode reactor was also undertaken. The result showed that eighteen types of bacteria were involved in denitrification in the twenty - four groups separated from the heterotrophic reactor with 75. 0% of Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonas groups. Eleven types of bacteria for denitrification were separated in the autotrophic reactor with 68.8% of Pseudomonas strains.
