一种基于几何的空间管道碰撞检测算法
Method of detecting collision of spatial pipes based on geometry
【摘要】 针对管道系统设计布置的具体特点和实际需要,将管道碰撞的含义延伸为管道净空距离设计要求,提出了一种基于几何的管道碰撞检测的实用算法:将管道抽象为两空间线段,首先判断管道的空间几何位置关系,然后计算两线段上最短连线长度,并与相应的设计要求距离比较,判断是否碰撞.根据数学极值理论和几何理论解释了算法的正确性.该方法考虑了阀门、弯头、三通等正常连接形式,适用于任何空间方位(水平、竖直或其他)、任何位置关系(共线、平行、相交、异面)的管道.实际应用表明,此方法能快速有效地检测出碰撞的管道.
【Abstract】 With the characteristics and practical requirements of piping design taken into consideration, the range of collision detection extended to the cases where net spacing is less than the requirement, a practical method of detecting collision of spatial pipes based on geometry is proposed which takes a pipe as a line segment attached with the pipe’s data, and recognizes the relative position of two pipes, calculates the minimum connecting line segment and determines whether the minimum net distance required for installation is satisfied or not. It can distinguish colliding pipes from connecting pipes by valve, tee, or elbow and it is applicable to line segments that intersects, are parallel, concentric or not in the same plane. Application shows that it can find colliding pipes rapidly and correctly. The correctness of this method is explained by mathematical extremum theory together with the geometrical theory.
