盒形件拉深过程中法兰区应力解析
Analytical solution of stress in flanges during deep drawing for rectangular box
【摘要】 为定量研究盒形件成形的理论 ,根据盒形件拉深变形的特点 ,在假设法兰圆角区剪应力零线上质点的变形规律与四转角组成的轴对称拉深件相同的前提下 ,得到了盒形件法兰变形区定量应力解析解 .通过对一盒形拉深件具体实例计算分析表明 ,理论解析与有限元模拟结果吻合较好 ,验证了该方法的可靠性
【Abstract】 For qualitative analysis of deep drawing for rectangular box, quantitative analysis solution of stress in flange has been obtained from the deformation characteristics of rectangular box during deep drawing, on the basis of hypothesis that deformation law of shear stress zero-line is the same as axisymmetric workpieces formed by four corners for deep drawing. FEM numerical simulation shows the result is reliable.
