【Abstract】 Under the background of west exploitation, there is important significance in fostering and improving the west capital market. Firstly, supplying enough funds for the west region exploitation; secondly, promoting the reform of west enterprises; thirdly, adjusting economic structure of west region and finally updating resource allocation for the west region. Aiming at the problem of west capital market and considering the factual condition of west economy, we should expand the function of west capital market and the channel of funding for the west region exploitation.
