纵向重力式下水计算中船体强度分析
Strength analysis for longitudinal gravity launching calculation
【摘要】 大型船舶在纵向倾斜船台上下水是一技术复杂且事故因素较多的工艺过程.以159000t的油船下水计算中船体强度分析为研究对象,利用引进的ANSYS大型结构分析软件,按照三维有限元法,建立相应结构模型,对其进行下水计算与强度分析.同时考虑了双层底处肋板上减轻孔对下水计算强度的影响,并采用3种不同方法进行分析比较,由此获得了一些关于油船下水计算强度的有意义的研究成果,可供油船建造生产或类似计算参考.
【Abstract】 With 15.9 ten thousand tons’ oil tanker as the study object for launching calculation, the ship strength analysis was carried out using ANSYS structural analysis software, 3D finite element method,and a structural model established. At the same time ,lightening holes in the bottom transverse of double bottom affecting the strength for the launching calculation was taken into account,and three different method were adopted to analyze and compare the ship strength. Some meaningful results of launching calculation made with the oil tanker were obtained as references for similar calculations.
