【摘要】 本文试图从马克思的视域中来讨论正义问题以及它在当今的意义。首先,本文从西方哲学史的角度,简要地追溯了正义概念的历史性发展。接着,通过对美国当代学者吉尔德的《马克思的社会本体论》一书的解读,强调在马克思的思想中,尤其是在马克思对资本主义生产关系中异化与剥削的批判、对未来共同体的规划中,蕴涵着一种崭新的、肯定性的正义观。由此,正义的社会价值与意义在当今的生活现实之中变得日益突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the author attempts to inquire the problem of justice and its contemporary meaning from the perspective of Marx. First, the historical development of justice is reviewed in brief in the point of the history of western philosophy. Then, based on Marx’s Social Ontology written by Carol ? C ? Gould, the author asserts that there is a kind of new and positive justice in Marx’s thoughts, especially in his critique of alienation and exploitation in the relations of capitalist production and his project of the future community as well. As a result, the social value and meaning of justice becomes more and more prominent in our present real life.更多还原
