【Abstract】 When 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole(DMTZ) was added to the system of pyrogallol(Pyrogallic acid)-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ), less intensive chemiluminescence was observed. An analytical method for the determination of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole was given. There is a linear relationship between the intensity of chemiluminescence and the concentration of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole in the range of 1.0×10-3～1.0×10-4mol/L. The detection limit is 5.8×10-6mol/L. The RSD is 3.6%. 更多还原
