天麻离体培养的研究

【摘要】 天麻(GastrodiaelataBL)为异养植物,在自然条件下需与密环菌共生才能生长.以幼茎为外植体研究了天麻在无菌条件下的生长情况.结果表明,顶芽的存在对于天麻茎段的存活至关重要;在无菌条件下,长约1cm的带有顶芽的茎段在人工培养基上生长良好,茎段可以伸长、形成新的幼茎,在液体培养中还可以形成小块茎.

【Abstract】 Gastrodia elata BL is a heterophytic plant, and in nature its survival and growth relies on its symbiotic fungus, Armillaria mellea Fr.. The in vitro growth of G. elata was investigated by using the young shoots as explants. The results showed that the existence of apical buds were essential to the survival of the shoot segments; under aseptic condition, the shoot segments with apical buds grew well when they were cultured on artificial media, elongating and forming new shoots, and developing into small tubers when cultured in liquid medium.
