N-烷基全氟辛基磺酰胺合成工艺研究
Studies on technology synthesis of N-alkylperfluorooctanesulfonamide
【摘要】 在有机碱三乙胺存在下,全氟辛基磺酰氟与烷基胺(如乙胺、丙胺、丁胺、六氢吡啶)胺化生成N 烷基全氟辛基磺酰胺,研究结果表明:全氟辛基磺酰氟∶烷基胺∶三乙胺配料摩尔比为1∶1.1∶1.2~1.5,反应温度60℃左右,反应时间2h,目标产物产率可达81%以上.
【Abstract】 Nalkylperfluorooctanesulfonamide has been synthesized by amination of perfluorooctanesulfonyl fluoride with alkylamine (such as ethylamine ,propylamine butylamine,piperidine )using Et3N as base .The molar ration of these reactors, reation temperature and reaction time has been studied .The experiment results show that: the best molar ratio of perfluorooctanesulfonamide∶alkylamine∶triethylamine is 1∶1.1∶1.2~1.5, the reaction temperature is 60?℃ or so, the reaction time is 2?h, the yield of Nalkylperfluorooctanesulfonamide is above 81%.
