【Abstract】 The method of wire diameter measurement of non-lens system is discussed. The geometry optics model of the measurement system is constructed, and the calculating formula of testing diameter on two directions is deduced. Through the experimental process, analyses are made on the influence of the wire position and wire diameter have on the measurement formula error, and the corresponding formula for error mending is given.更多还原
