【摘要】 文章着重探讨北京城市学院建立后,学报编辑工作应该为学校的科学研究服务,进一步提高和改进学报的编辑和发行等方面工作。

【Abstract】 The paper discusses that the journal of Beijing City College should serve the college’ s teaching and research work after it has been founded. Editing and issuing should reform steadily.
