液相沉积法制备TiO2薄膜的动力学研究
Kinetics study of TiO2 thin membrane prepared by liquid deposition production
【摘要】 对液相沉积法制备TiO2薄膜的成膜机理进行了探讨,根据成膜机理建立了数学模型,用Excel规划求解与VBA编程相结合对动力学常数进行了求解,所得到的动力学参数可靠,模型计算结果与实验结果吻合良好。
【Abstract】 Probe into the mechanism of preparin g the TiO 2 thin membrane .According to the mech anism the kinetics model is established .Combining the programming Visual Basic with Solver in Excel,the kinetics parameters are obtained.The theoretical results a gree with experimental data.
