液相沉积法制备TiO2多孔膜沉积量的计算
Calculate deposited quantity of TiO2 porous membrane prepared by liquid deposition production
【摘要】 应用热力学数据对液相沉积法制备TiO2多孔膜的沉积量进行了计算,在Excel上用VBA编程进行求解。理论计算与实验结果有较好的一致性,误差在6%以内。该理论计算对TiO2多孔膜的制备有一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 Uses the thermo data to calculate the deposited quantity of TiO2 po rous membrane, and solves the mathematical equation in Excel programmed by VBA . The theoretical results are comparison with the results of test. The toleranc e is within 6 percent. The mathematical calculation can be used to instruct prep aring TiO2 porous membrane.
