H型钢冷却过程温度场有限元分析
Finite element analysis of H -beam te mperature field during cooling
【摘要】 借助MARC/Mentat有限元分析软件,对H型钢冷却过程进行了有限元模拟,研究了冷却过程中的热边界条件,分析了轧件温度场的分布及其变化规律,数值模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好。分析结果对于掌握H型钢的冷却规律、分析残余应力、以及开发控制冷却技术具有实际指导意义。
【Abstract】 The temperature field of H -beams dur ing cooling was analyzed by using MARC /Mentat commercial software.The heat transfer boundary condition was studied,the distrib ution and change of temperature field in cooling process were analyzed and th e result was compared with the experiment dates.All the result is basis fo r the cooling control and the analysis of t he residual stress in H -beam,so the s tudy is very useful in practice.
