【Abstract】 By analyzing SME current development conditions of Hunan province, the article discovers the problems hindering their further development and analyzes the causes. Based on a comparative study in the development model of SME in home and abroad, this paper brings out fiveconvergences model (namely: property right converges to natural person, industry converges to process, product converges to characteristic, distribution converges to town, and enterprise converges to industry region) that suites the innovation and development of SME in Hunan province.更多还原
