【Abstract】 To carry forward the innovation in higher education is not only the objective demand to build a comfortable society in an all-round way and give impetus to the socialist modernizations at an accelerated pace but also the foundation to construct a perfect national innovation system and furthermore the inevitable choice for higher education itself to advance by leaps and bounds.
