【Abstract】 Traditional concept of “Well-off” has gone though three logic evolution in its historical development,from stable state of life,pattern of social ideal to level of economic abundance. The cultural spirit of “Well-off” continues to exist nowadays and has realized its modern transformation. The modern concept of “Well-off”,as the stage which have to undergo for modernization with Chinese characteristics,insists on having socialism as the developing guidance,sticks to the universal improvement of people’s living standard as its developing goal and relies on opening to the outside as its developing route. With the New Century coming,the 16th Congress of CPC have put forward the objective of building up the all-round “Well-off” society,which deepens the concept of modern “Well-off”,and expands and enriches its connotation from the aspects of economy,politics,culture and ecology.更多还原
