秦山核电二期工程反应堆压力容器设计
Design of Reactor Pressure Vessel for Qinshan Phase II NPP Project
【摘要】 反应堆压力容器的设计、制造、安装和试验应与其安全功能相适应;采用公认法规和标准时,应对其进行评价,保证满足反应堆压力容器的安全功能。在设计、制造、安装和试验中,必须使异常泄漏、裂纹快速扩展及破坏的概率降低到最小。在初步设计阶段完成了强度设计后,进行了扩大设计状态的一次应力分析评定,结果均满足RCC-M-B册设计工况的各项应力准则。
【Abstract】 The design, manufacture, installation and test of the RPV shall not affect its safety function. Common codes and standards shall be evaluated prior to application to ensure the safety function of the RPV. During the design, manufacture, installation and test, the probabilities for abnormal leakage, rapid grow of leaks and damage shall be minimized. After the strength design in the preliminary design stage, primary stress has been analyzed and evaluated to extended design condition, which results satisfy the various stress specification in the RCC-M-B.
