【Abstract】 Fiscal Policy is one of the important macro economical policies. The expansionary fiscal policy can enlarge the aggregate demand while can bring crowding out effect on individual investment. As one externalization of fiscal policy, the crowding out effect has its mechanisms of formation and representative characters. This paper indicates the connotation, mechanisms and macro economical characters of the crowding out effect. Furthermore, this paper measures the size of the effect and analyzes the corresponding influencing facts of the effect.更多还原
