【Abstract】 The operation field of telecommunications is usually regarded as natural monopoly industry. The special features in the course of the telecommunication running make it easy for the enterprises in this industry to price employing the price discrimination. By price discrimination the telecommunication operator captures consumer surplus, which do harm to the consumer’ interests. Owing to the progress of the technology, the natural monopoly nature in the operation field of telecommunications has changed greatly. We should exam the Price discrimination in the operation field of telecommunications again.
