【Abstract】 The construction of enterprises sustained competitive advantage in dynamic environment is the core question of strategy management research in the recent years.The paper looks back the view of competitive advantage based on the resource and capability,principally discusses the lasted view on dynamic capability,and analyses the elapsing of competitive advantage.Finally,the paper points out that the ultimately way to construct sustained competitive advantage is sustained innovation,and gives some suggestion.更多还原
