【Abstract】 The main large gas consumers in Guangdong Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) project are Huizhou LNG Power Plant of Guangdong and Qianwan Gas Turbine Power Plant of Shenzhen. Signing ’Pay and take’ gas supply contract between LNG receiving station and LNG power plant is a mature experience in abroad. When the LNG power plant is deciding the limiting period of ’Pay and take’ gas supply contract the annual average investment cost of main equipments should be considered. Through analyzing main equipments of the combined cycle unit of two power plants and calculating equivalent operating hour(EOH) and other related data such as operating year, it was considered that a 25 year period of gas supply contract is suitable to achieve the lowest annual average investment cost per unit.更多还原
