【Abstract】 Circuit breaker is a kind of switch used in power system for connecting and disconnecting the circuit as well as providing protection and controlling on all types of breakdown. Intelligent controller is a central control unit used for conventional circuit breaker. In this paper, the working principle of intelligent controller is introduced firstly, then its main character and key technology are researched in detail.
