【摘要】 目的 :总结双J管在上尿路开放手术中应用的体会。方法 :上尿路开放手术 5 12例 ,根据是否留置双J管分为双J管组和对照组。双J管组 386例 ,对照组 12 6例 ,根据两组患者发生尿瘘 ?切口感染及术后住院天数情况进行统计学分析。结果 :双J管组 386例患者术后恢复良好 ,仅 3/ 386例(0 .78% )发生短期切口尿瘘 ,5 / 386例 (1.30 % )发生切口感染 ,术后住院时间平均 9.2d。对照组 12 6例中 15 / 12 6例 (11.9% )发生切口感染 ,8/ 12 6例 (6 .35 % )发生切口尿瘘 ,术后住院时间平均 14 .5d。结论 :经统计学分析 ,P <0 .0 1,具显著性差异。说明双J管内引流能有效预防切口尿瘘和切口感染 ,缩短住院时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the application of double J catheter in operations of upper urinary tract. Method: Among 512 cases double J catheter was used for drainage in 386 patients, and not for other 126. The complications and hospitalization were compared between these two groups. Results: All 386 patients with double J catheter application got a satisfactory recovery. The complications included transient urine leakage in 3 patients (0.78%) and wound infection in 5 (1.30%), in comparison with 8 (6.35%) and 15 (11.9%) correspondingly for the control group (P <0.01). All of these complications were conservatively managed. And the average hospitalization day was 9.2 vs. 14.5 (P <0.01). Conclusions: DoubleJ catheter drainage was effective and satisfactory, with shorter hospitalization and less complications.更多还原
