【摘要】 目的 :探讨通心络对冠心病患者运动耐量的影响。方法 :把经过冠脉造影确诊的冠心病患者 6 2例 ,在常规使用硝酸酯类 ,倍他洛克 ,阿司匹林的基础上 ,加用通心络 1.5 2g ,每天 3次 ,疗程 8周。合并高血压者加用降压药 ,合并糖尿病者加用降糖药。试验前检测心电图活动平板试验 ,记录运动时间 ,最大运动量时的心率及做功量 ;静态心电图 ,记录缺血相关导联ST段下移程度 ;空腹抽血检查肝肾功能 ,血常规 ,血脂。用药 8周后复查上述指标并与试验前比较。结果 :用通心络治疗后运动时间明显延长 (p <0 .0 1) ,做功量也明显提高 (p <0 .0 1) ,而最高心率则无明显变化 (p >0 .0 5 )。通心络还有降脂作用 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,该药无明显副作用。结论 :通心络能明显改善冠心病患者的运动耐量 ,提高冠心病患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to explore the effect of the medicine "Tong Xin Luo"On the motion-endurance of the patients with Coronary disease, we do a considerable amount (62 cases) of research on those patients who have been diagnosed definitely through coronary angiographies. Methods: We use TongXinLuo 1.52 gram/time 3 times daily additionally for 8 weeks being basing on the routine use of Ester Nitric, Betaloc, and Aspirin. Use hypertensive drugs and drugs which can lower blood glucose level simultaneously if the patients have the complications of Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. Before the test, we check both the ECG motion board test, which is to make notes of the motion time, Heart rate and energy with maximum motion, and SECG(static electrocardiogram) which is to record the fallen degree of the ischemia-associated-link-ST-segment,and also draw blood on an empty stomach to check the function of liver and kidney, blood RT, together with blood ester.8 weeks later, all those indexes mentioned above are required to reexamine to show a comparison. Results: This drug Tong Xin Luo can result in longer motion period obviously (p<0.01),and rapid rise in the energy(p<0.01),with the maximum Heart rate remaining nearly the same(p>0.05).Besides, TongXinLuo can also bring down blood lipid(p<0.05),and have a very low index of side effects because it is proved to be generally well tolerated. Conclusion: In conclusion, Tongxinlou can evidently prolong the period and improve the motion endurance of patients with coronary heart disease and perfect lives as well.更多还原
