【摘要】 目的 :探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中cyclinD1和p2 7蛋白的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组化技术检测 4 8例膀胱癌组织中cyclinD1与p2 7蛋白的表达。结果 :cyclinD1及p2 7表达在膀胱移行细胞癌和正常组织之间各有统计学差异 ,cyclinD1和p2 7与膀胱肿瘤分期、分级相关。cyclinD1与p2 7蛋白呈反方向表达。结论 :cyclinD1与p2 7有助于评估膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of cyclinD1 and p27 in transitional cell carcinoma(TCC). Methods: cyclind1 and p27 expression were examined by immunohistochemical technique in 48 case of TCC. Results: The expression of cyclinD1 and p27 protein was significantly different between TCC and normal tissues. The expression rate of cyclinD1 and p27 was correlating with TCC stage. There was a highly significant in verse correlation between the expression of cyclinD1 and p27.Conclusions: CyclinD1 and p27 can evaluate the biological behaviour of TCC.更多还原
