【摘要】 目的 :评价阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗支原体肺炎的疗效。方法 :我院 35例支原体肺炎病人分 2组 ,治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组用阿奇霉素 2 5 0mg加入 2 5 0ml5 %葡萄糖注射液 ,静滴 ,qd ,对照组红霉素 1.0g加入 5 %葡萄糖 10 0 0ml,静滴 ,qd ,疗程均为 5d。观察两组用药前后的临床表现及药物不良反应。结果 :治疗组有效率 2 1.0 5 % ,对照组 37.5 % ,显效率分别为 78.95 %和 5 0 % ,不良反应发生率分别为 10 .5 %和 31%。结论 :阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎是一种安全 ,有效的药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of adriamyein on mycoplasmal pneumonia(MP).Method: We divided 35 cases MP into treating and controlling group. In treating group 250 mg adriamycin dirp into 250 ml 5% GS iv qd. While in controlling group 1.0 g erythromycin drip into 5% GS 1000 ml, iv.qd both for fire days and then observe the effect and side effect.Result: In treating and controlling group effective rate is 21.05% 37.5% better effective rate is 78.95% and 50% respectively. The side effective rate is 10.5% and 31%.Conclusion: Adriamycin is an effective asfe clurg to MP.更多还原
