【摘要】 目的 :观察参冬白莲汤配合治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效及作用机理。方法 :晚期肺癌 60例随机分为两组 ,对照组 31例单用化疗 ,治疗组 2 9例在对照组化疗基础上加用参冬白莲汤治疗。结果 :治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为 5 5 .2 %、4 0 % ,化疗副反应及生存质量治疗组明显优于对照组 ,中位生存期分别为 19.6及 9.2个月 ,两组比较有极显著性差异P <0 .0 1。结论 :参冬白莲汤配合化疗能降低化疗的毒副反应 ,改善临床症状 ,参冬白莲汤在改善机体免疫力方面起到标本兼治的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and mechamism of action of Shendongbailian decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced lung cancer .Methods:60 patients were ransomly divided into two groups ,31 patients in control group were treated by chemotherapy ; 29 patients in treatment group , based on the chemotherapy, were treated with Shendonbailian decoction. Results: The total effective rates were 55.5%in treatment group, and 40,0%in control group respectively; Treatment froup was better than control group in the side effects of chemotherapy and clinical symptom ;medium life time were 19.6 and 9.2 months respectively .There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion: Shendonbailian decoction can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and improve the cliniclal symptoms and immunologic function of organism.更多还原
