【摘要】 目的 :评价微创颅内血肿清除术对高血压性脑出血的临床疗效。方法 :对 78例脑出血患者随机分为治疗组 38例 ,对照组 4 0例 ,对照组应用常规内科保守治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上应用微创治疗 ,观察治疗后两组的临床疗效及并发症。结果 :有效率治疗组 86.84 % ,对照组 5 2 .5 0 % ,两组比较P <0 .0 1,差异有非常显著性意义 ,显效率治疗组 5 2 .63% ,对照组 30 .0 0 % ,两组比较P <0 .0 5 ,差异有显著性意义 .生存患者中日常生活能力及意识恢复时间 ,治疗组高于对照组 ,两组比较P <0 .0 1,差异有显著性意义。并发症发生率治疗组 17.14 % ,对照组 4 4.12 %两组比较P <0 .0 1,差异有显著性意义。结论 :微创血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血较单用内科保守治疗疗效好 ,并发症少 ,死亡率低 ,显著改善病人生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To evaluate the clinical efficency of microlesion intracranial hematoma dissection in treating hypertensive brain hemorrhage(HBH) . Methods: 78patients were divided into two groups radomly,the control group were given the traditional therapy,while the tested group was combined with microlesion intracranial hematoma dissection. Result: the total effective rate of the tested group was 86.84%,with the complete responseof 52.63%,and that was 52.5%with CR of 30.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significance .The incidence of complication in the tested group was 17.14%compared to 44.12% in the contral group,the death rate was 7.89%in the tested group compared to 15.00%in the contral group.the difference between them also had statistically significnce. Conclusion:Microlesion intracranial hematoma dissection combined with the tranditional therapy can increase the clinical efficency and decrease the complication,it is worthy of use in the treatment of HBH.更多还原
