实验性大鼠腮腺细胞缺血再灌注TGF-β1的表达
Expression of TGF-β1 on experimental reperfusion after ischemia in rat parotid gland
【摘要】 目的 :探讨TGF - β1(Transforminggrowthfacto -r - β1—转化生长因子 - β1)在实验性大鼠腮腺导管细胞、腺泡细胞的表达区别与形态学改变的关系。材料和方法 :采用颈总动脉结扎法建立腮腺缺血再灌注模型 ,用光镜、免疫组化的方法 ,观察腮腺导管细胞、腺泡细胞形态学及TGF - β1的表达变化。结果 :实验组在缺血再灌注早期 ,开始出现形态学改变 ,中期明显 ,后期渐修复。在缺血和再灌注时间均相同时 ,TGF - β1在导管细胞较腺泡细胞表达高 ,前者增殖抑制明显。结论 :①实验性腮腺缺血再灌注大鼠腮腺导管细胞有形态学改变。②TGF - β1在导管细胞表达比腺泡细胞高 ,导管细胞可能比腺泡细胞更容易发生增殖抑制
【Abstract】 Objective: By observing the expression of TGF-β 1 in experimental ischemia and reperfusion in rat parotid gland cells to investigate the relation of the expression and apoptosis. Methods: To establish the model with tieing the rats neck artery. Observe the morphological changes of parotid gland cells and the difference of the expression of TGF-β 1using light microscope and immunohistochemistry method. Results: In the earlier time of parotid glands injured of ischemia and reperfusion, the morphological changes occured. It became obvious in middle phase. Repairing occurred at last in the experimental group. In the contral group and experimental group, the expression of TGF-β 1in ductal cells was higher than in acinar cells. Conclusion: ①There are some Morphological changes In the parotid glands cells. ②TGF-β 1 expressed higher in ductal cells than in acinar cells. proliferation inhibition happened easier in ductal cells than inacinar cells.
