【摘要】 目的 :报告 4例吸毒所致感染性心内膜炎的外科治疗。方法 :浅低温体外循环下行三尖瓣赘生物切除、DeVega术 3例 ,二尖瓣赘生物摘除、瓣膜置换术 1例。结果 :4例病人均痊愈出院。结论 :吸毒所致感染性心脏瓣膜赘生物、瓣膜损坏必需尽早手术治疗 ,损坏瓣膜尽量修复保留更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of infective endocarditis in drug addicts. Methods:In this of 4 cases,3 patents underwent DeVega. 1 pattent underwent mitral valve replacement.Results: All patients were alive and discharge. Conclusion:Surgical therapy for intractable infective endocarditis in drug addicts can completely eradicate lesions and correct the associated hemodynamic derangement.更多还原
