男性尿路感染致病菌分布和耐药分析

【摘要】 目的 :探讨男性尿路感染致病菌的分布及其耐药情况。方法 :对 15 2例男性尿路感染患者尿培养及药敏试验结果进行分析。结果 :致病菌 16 9株中革兰氏阴性杆菌占 6 1.5 4% ,其中大肠杆菌占 31.95 % ,革兰氏阳性球菌占 18.34% ,真菌占 2 0 .12 % ;致病菌对常用抗生素耐药性逐渐加重。结论 :男性尿路感染致病菌仍以大肠杆菌为主 ,但球菌及真菌感染明显增加 ,临床上应重视尿路感染的耐药问题 ,根据药敏合理使用抗生素。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate distribution of pathogens and antibiotic resistant state in urinary tract infection in men. Methods: Distribution and antibiotics sensitivity test of pathogens in 152 cases of urinary tract infection in men were analyzed. Results: 169 pathogens isolated from 152 patients ,Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 61.54%,with 31.95% of Colon bacilli. Gram-positive Cocci accounted for 18.34%,Fungi accounted for 20.12%.The resistance rate to antibiotics of pathogens had increasing tendency. Conclusion: Colon bacilli is still the major pathogen in urinary tract infection in men ,but there is a tendency toward increased proportion of Gram-positive cocci and fungi. Clinical doctors should pay attention to antibiotics resistance of bacteria in urinary tract infection and choice antibiotics reasonable under the guidance of anti-microbial sensitivity test.
