【摘要】 目的 :分析乳腺良恶性肿块高频声像图和彩色多普勒血流特征并评价其在鉴别诊断方面的价值。方法 :对 10 8例乳腺肿块进行高频超声检查 ,然后用彩色多普勒观察肿块内部及周边血流情况 ,并根据其血流丰富程度分为 0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ四个等级。结果 :本组大多数良性肿块表现为形态规则、边界清楚、有完整包膜、后方无回声衰减、有侧方声影、彩色多普勒血流丰富程度 0级 +Ⅰ级为 96 .8% ;而大多数恶性肿块表现为形态不规则、边界不清、内部回声不均匀、后方回声衰减、血流丰富程度Ⅱ级 +Ⅲ级为 91.1%。结论 :乳腺肿块的超声诊断应以高频声像图为基础 ,同时结合彩色多普勒血流丰富程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the features of breast lumps on high frequency ultrasonography and color doppler flow imaging and their value for differentiating benign or malignance. Methods: 108 cases with breast lumps were examined by high frequency ultrasound,and were surveyed inside and peripheral blood flows by color doppler flow imagine,according to the degree of blood affluence,the blood flow signals were graded into four grades as 0, Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ. Results: Most benign lumps in our cases were with regular shape,smooth edges and intact membrane.There were not rear attenuation,but there were lateral shadowing. The color doppler flow imaging showed that 96.8% of the benign lumps belonged to 0 and Ⅰgrades. In malignant lumps, irregular shape,indistinct border,irregular inside echoes,rear attenuation and plentiful blood flow signals(91.1% belonged to Ⅱand Ⅲ grades) were demonstrated.Conclusion:The diagnosis standard of the breast lumps must depend on the high frequency ultrasonography and combined with the density of the flow signals on color doppler flow imagine.更多还原
