多异多重复合涤纶长丝的染色均匀度及检测方法研究——(第二报)·袜筒染色工艺与测判色结果

【摘要】 对同一种袜带用三种染料配方、三种染色工艺进行对比试验,表明多异多重复合涤纶长丝染色均匀度检测中采用高温高压快速染色法染色,具有快速、准确、高效的优点,适合于工业化生产。
【Abstract】 Three dyeing processes with three dyes are used in dyeing the same stocking leg. The experimental results show that high temperature and high pressure quick dyeing method if efficient in determining dye-leveling of polyester filament of multi-differential and multi-composite properties. It is quick, correct, efficient and suitable for commercial production.
