【Abstract】 The process conditions of 92 dtex/36 f black trilobal PET filament via TCS process were as followed: water content of dried chip and color masterbatch less than 20 μg/g and 40 μg/g, respectively, screw temperature slightly lower than that of normal spinning, thermal channel temperature 190℃. The colored profiled PET filament was produced with the first-rate quality percentage of 90%.更多还原
