以醋酸水溶液为溶剂的甲壳胺干湿法纺丝工艺研究
Study on the technology of chitosan dry-wet spinning with HAc aqueous as solvent
【摘要】 以 4.0 %醋酸水溶液为溶剂 ,采用干湿法纺丝工艺制备甲壳胺纤维。探讨了喷丝头拉伸比 ,空气层长度 ,拉伸条件对纤维结构性能的影响。结果表明 ,采用合适的空气层长度和喷丝头拉伸比 ,多级拉伸工艺可制得结构均匀 ,强度大于 1.72cN/dtex的甲壳胺纤维
【Abstract】 Chitosan fiber could be produced by dry-wet spinning process with 4.0% acetic acid aqueous as solvent. The effects of draw-down ratio, air-layer length, drawing conditions on the structure and properties of the fiber were discussed. The results showed that chitosan fiber with homogenous structure and tenacity higher than 1.72 cN/dtex could be obtained by using multi-stage drawing process at proper air-layer length and jet stretch ratio.
