异形细旦抗静电丙纶高速纺丝研究
Study on high-speed spinning of fine profiled antistatic polypropylene fiber
【摘要】 采用抗静电剂与PP二次混合、异形、细旦纺丝技术结合 ,选择复配抗静电剂体系 ,添加质量比为0 .7%左右 ,共混纤维的抗静电效果优良。通过流变性能的测试 ,拟定了主要的纺丝工艺 ,分析了纺丝温度、纺丝速度、单丝线密度等参数对纤维结构和性能的影响
【Abstract】 The technical combination of secondary mixing with antistatic agent,profile spinning and fine denier spinning was used to produce fine profiled antistatic polypropylene fiber. The weight ratio of built antistatic system about 0.7% offtered good antistatic effect. The main spinning technolgy was drawn up by rheological investigation.The effects of the spinning parameters, such as spinning temperature, spinning speed, dpf, etc., on the structure and properties of the resulted fiber were also analyzed.
