【摘要】 将Ziegler-Nalla高效载俸催化剂YS-842在Hypol工艺聚丙烯(PP)中试装置上进行应用考核,考察了该催化剂的适应性及共聚合性能。试验表明,YS-842催化剂活性高达(1.2 Mg/g)、寿命长、氢调敏感性好;用YS-842催化剂生产的聚合物流动性好,粒径分布窄,细粉少、平均粒径为640μm;等规指数大于98.5%,堆密度大于0.45g╱mL;试生产的F 401、J 340,其机械性能与使用进口催化剂生产的产品相当。

【Abstract】 A kind of Ziegler-Natta high efficiency catalyst, YS-842. was evaluated in a polypropylene (PP) pilot plant with Hypol process, and the adaptability and co -polymerization performance of the catalyst was examined. The experiments indicate that catalyst YS-842 features high activity up to 1.2 Mg/g, long service life and sensitive hydrogen adjustability. The polymers prepared with the catalyst possess good fluidity, narrow particle size distribution, less fine particles and average particle size of 640 μm. The resin has isotacticity index higher than 98.5% and bulk density of 0.45 g/mL. The grade F 401 and J 340 prepared in the trial production exhibit mechanical properties paralleling the resin produced with the importedcatalyst.
