【摘要】 通过对尼克酸在不同介质中的荧光光谱的测定 ,研究尼克酸的荧光光谱的特征 ,并推论它的发光机理 ,从而为进一步设计尼克酸的荧光光谱分析方法打下理论基础。

【Abstract】 Through testing the nicotinic acid’s emission fluorescence spectrum in different mediums, studying the character of nicotinic acid’s fluorescence spectrum, the paper deduces nicotinic acid’s emission mechanism, thus setting the theory foundation of analysing methods of nicotinic acid.
