【Abstract】 Since the reforming and opening of China, great ch anges have taken place in the profi t structure of our society, many new situati ons have turned up, they lead to an increase in the number of contradictions bet ween individuals, which are easy to turn into incident of groups.It is a basic j ob to reduce social contradiction through setting contradictions between individ uals.
