【Abstract】 A new bis chiral oxazaborolidine reduction system has been designed and synthesized firstly by author. The new system has been applied to the asymmetric catalytic reduction of proketones. Significantly higher enantioselectivity was observed in the reduction of representative ketones with our system in comparison with the common oxazaborolidine system.更多还原
