喜树碱衍生物的合成研究进展
The Development of Synthesis of Campothecin Derivatives
【摘要】 目前有不少关于对喜树碱分子结构改进和修饰的报道 ,许多高活性的喜树碱衍生物相继问世。其中 ,10 羟基喜树碱、拓普替康、伊立替康以及 9 氨基、9 硝基喜树碱、7 乙基 10 羟基喜树碱等在临床显示了广泛的抗癌活性。本文综述对喜树碱衍生物的一些最新合成进展。参考文献 19篇
【Abstract】 Nowadays, many of improved and decorated campothecin derivates were reported and some high activity campothecin derivates were synthesized. Among them, 10 hydroxycamptoyhecin, topotecan, camptothecin 11, 9 amino campothecin, 9 nitro campothecin and 7 ethyl 10 hydroxycamptoyhecin showed a great antitumor activity in wide verities of range. The development of their syntheses was reviewed with 19 references.
