双Schiff碱的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Bis-Schiff Bases on 5-Amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic Acid
【摘要】 以 5 -氨基 -1 H -1 ,2 ,4 -三氮唑 -3 -羧酸分别与对苯二甲醛、乙二醛和戊二醛反应合成了 3个新的双 Schiff碱化合物 ,结构经元素分析 ,IR,UV和 1H NMR表征
【Abstract】 In an effort to search for more effect plant growth hormone, three new bis-schiff bases were synthesized by the reaction of 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid with terephthalic aldehyde, glyoxal or glutaraldehyde in the presence of DMF. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, UV and 1H NMR.
