【摘要】 目的　探讨针灸对小鼠骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体交换率的影响。方法　 4 8只健康昆明种小鼠随机分为正常对照组、阳性对照组和针灸预防组Ⅰ、Ⅱ及针灸治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ各 8只。针刺小鼠足三里、艾灸关元穴 ,检测小鼠骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体交换率的变化。以环磷酰胺诱导小鼠骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体交换 ,针灸预防组先针灸后诱导 ,针灸治疗组先诱导后针灸治疗 ,阳性对照组只诱导不预防和治疗。结果　阳性对照组与正常对照组比较小鼠骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体交换率明显升高。针灸预防、治疗各组与阳性对照组比较姊妹染色单体交换率明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　针灸可以拮抗由环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体交换率的升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on the sister chromatid exchange frequency of bone marrow cells in mice .Methods 48 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group, positive control group, treatment group I, treatment group II, prevention group I and prevention group II. The sister chromatid exchange of bone marrow cells in mice was induced by cyclophosphamide. The prevention group was induced after acupuncture and treatment group was treated by acupuncture after induction. Results The sister chromatid exchange frequency of bone marrow cells in positive control group was increased significantly, as compared with that of normal control group (P<0.01),while the sister chromatid exchange frequency of bone marrow cells in treatment groups and prevention groups was significantly decreased, as compared with that of positive group (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture can resist the increase of the sister chromatid exchange frequency of bone marrow cells in mice induced by cyclophosphamide.更多还原
