【摘要】 目的　从自主神经功能角度探讨慢性胃脘痛气滞证的发病机制 ,寻找辨证的客观化指标 ,并观察气滞通胶囊的作用机制。方法　用气滞通胶囊治疗 37例慢性胃脘痛气滞证患者 ,治疗前后进行自主神经 (ANS)功能状态检测 ,并与健康组 30例作对照。结果　气滞证患者自主神经平衡指数治疗前异常率达5 9.5 % ,治疗后降至 2 7.0 % ,治疗前后比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;心搏间距参数平卧心律、呼吸差、乏氏动作反映指数治疗前后也有明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　慢性胃脘痛气滞证患者存在自主神经功能紊乱 ,以副交感神经功能改变为主 ,气滞通胶囊治疗有助于改善自主神经功能紊乱状态更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research pathogenesis of stomachache with stagnation of circulation of vital energy in hand of autonomic nervous function, and observe the effect of Qizhitong capsule.Methods 37 cases with stomachache with stagnation of circulation of vital energy were treated by Qizhitong capsule, autonomic nervous function were detected before and after treatment. Autonomic nervous function in 30 people with health mental were detected as control.Results Abnormal rate of indexes of autonomic nervous function in treatment group (27.0%) was lower than that in control group (59.5%, P<0.001).Conclusion Patients with stomachache with stagnation of circulation of vital energy showed abnormal autonomic nervous function, especially in change of parasympathetic nerve. Qizhitong capsule could improve dysfunction of autonomic nervous.更多还原
